Our approach is structured around three foundations: safe drivers, safe practices, and safe equipment.

SAFE DRIVERS

Guardian drivers are selected through structured hiring practices that emphasize experience, professionalism, and judgment.

Every driver:

• Holds the appropriate licensing and qualifications for school transportation

• Is compensated at highly competitive daily rates that reflect our requirement for responsibility and experience

• Participates in ongoing training and procedural refreshers

• Is certified in CPR and First Aid

• Is eligible for safety performance bonuses for consistently demonstrating strong safety performance and procedural compliance 

SAFE PRACTICES

Guardian operates under formal safety systems designed to reinforce consistency and accountability.

Our operating practices include:

• ZONAR electronic inspection and reporting

• Digitally verified daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections

• Documented maintenance tracking and escalation
  
  

Safety Standards:

• SECOR certification through AASP (pending)

• AMTA-aligned policies and procedures (pending)

• Completion of the ACES safety program (pending)
  
  

These systems provide structure, visibility, and continuous oversight across our operations.

SAFE EQUIPMENT

Guardian maintains its fleet through disciplined inspection and maintenance schedules.

Each bus is subject to:

• Daily pre-trip and post-trip 14-point inspections

• Weekly 52-point inspections

• Bi-annual comprehensive mechanical inspections
  
  

Fleet capacity is managed to support proactive maintenance and consistent service continuity.

Guardian buses are equipped with additional safety equipment selected to enhance visibility, driver awareness, and operational control.
