DRIVE FOR GUARDIAN

We’re hiring school bus drivers to support routes in Parkland County and surrounding communities. If you’re dependable, safety-minded, and take pride in doing the job properly, we want to hear from you.

Guardian drivers are trusted with more than a vehicle. You’re responsible for the safety, routine, and daily experience of the students on your route. We take that responsibility seriously, and we support our drivers accordingly.

THE ROLE

As a Guardian driver, you will:

• Operate an assigned school bus route safely and on schedule

• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections

• Follow all provincial, division, and company safety procedures

• Communicate clearly with dispatch and operations

• Maintain a calm, respectful environment for students

RIDER EXPERIENCE FUND

Each Guardian driver receives access to a discretionary fund to improve the daily experience for students on their bus. This might include seasonal decorations, small incentives, or other thoughtful touches that help make the ride calm and welcoming.

BI-ANNUAL SAFETY BONUS

Drivers who consistently follow procedures, maintain clean safety records, and demonstrate professional judgment are eligible for safety bonuses.
